I got a call from Doves vacation - practically forcing me to attend a seminar about their vacation plans. They forced us to take the membership so we too the silver plan which was for 3 years and we had to pay around Rs 62000. Initially for the 8 months we did not plan for any vacations but when we started planning one, we use to get e-mail messages from them that the said resort is not available and choose for some other dates or different resorts. I can understand this if it happens for once, but believe me, this has happened every time that i tried booking. Infact last time vacation was planned 3 months in advance but still the same reply.
What is the point in membership that does not serve your vacation purpose. hence i want the Refund of my money.
When we took the membership, that time nothing was discussed about any clauses, etc. But now they are saying that refund is only applicable within 30 days. point here is i want my refund because they have to provide the service. There is only one contact no of the reservation team and they don't respond properly. Whatever you ask them, they say, we don't know. i am sending mail to them for the refund of my money, but in vain. i need your help in getting my hard earned money back. Also I would request you to ban this company so that other people like us don't suffer.
