As a Altroz buyers, they called me for their product. They gave me wrong information and took money. Next day when saw their condition then I released that its not useful for me so mailed them about my cancellation.
They took 65k for membership from me. I cancelled their membership after 2 days.
They confirmed me that they will refund me after 60 days but now its more than 180 days and not refunded me and also not replying properly and now don’t pick my call.
Please someone help me and unit for a strong case against their ceo.
