Dovesoft — Paid money to Dove Soft, but did not receive the promised services

I have been interacting with Dovesoft sales person Mr Ajit Kumar ([protected], [protected]@dove-soft.com), Relationship Manager. As discussed and promised, I was supposed to get local database of phone numbers of Panchkula, Mohali and Chandigarh, along with the SMS portal access. For this, I paid Rs 3000/- to via credit card. In spite of repeated reminders (phone calls and emails), I am unable to get the required database from Mr Ajit. Without the database, SMS portal is useless for me. I did not use the SMS portal even once. Request has been sent but no action has been taken. Such an unprofessional approach towards your customer - this is shocking and came as a slap on my face.
