Hi, I had order my household transportation from Delhi to Bangalore, it was picked up on 8th April 2024 and was assured to be delivered in 5-7 Days. Quoted me 17000/- in part delivery for 21 items of 1BHK.
However, after picking up the items the person sent me an estimate of 30310/-, and blackmailed that the receipt is made and if the payment is not done we will not deliver. I had to pay the amount eventually.
Now it has been more than 18 days and I am calling him everyday to check for the delivery status, since past 8 days Mr. Vikas Goyal (Monu) ([protected]) is saying everyday that the items will be delivered today for sure and I had been waiting everyday and nobody turns up.
I am requesting for the insurance copy too which is not been sent after multiple requests. He insured my items of 1.2 Lakhs with insurance amount of 3600/-, this mentally stressful for me and spoiling my office routine.
Had to take offs from my meetings and come to home from office after they assured multiple times it will be delivered today for sure everyday since past 8 days.
Today said in case you want to complain go complain whereever.
