This company is a fraud. I gave them a car to be transported to rajasthan from gurgaon with all the required documents dtd. 26/11/2018. Initially the person praveen sharma told me that the car has been despatched and i need not to worry. On asking about the tracking number he told me that they do not provide any such number and after 3-4 days some other person called and told that the car has been impounded in gurgaon itself. On asking for the reason they told me that my documents were not complete whereas there was no such reason as all the documents were already picked up by the guy taking that car with him giving a receipt in return as well. Since then either he (Praveen sharma) is giving irrelevant justification for the incident ending up switching the mobile phone off once i started up inquiring for the same strictly with him.
More over the name he is using dpex car transport co (A unit of dpex worldwide) is also a fraud as no such franchisee exist for that company in gurgaon.
I request you to please take some strict action against the company and in particular this person named praveen sharma as above all he needs to understand that one has to be a human being and should have some manners to handle the customers and their concerns. Was this information helpful? |
