I have received the wrong product which I have not ordered. The courier company has collected Rs. 900/- from me. Further there is no return address or phone number on the courier cover. I'm unable to cont the sender due to this. I feel the courier company is hand in glove with sender as they collected cash and on my asking for the sender address they gave vague replies. I've visited the net for the address of the sender only to see that they are habitually doing this. Please take appropriate action to stop this cheating. Hence my complaint.
