Respected sir,
The headmistress of dps vapi is arrogant, egoistic and rude. She mentally harrassed me and seperated me fron my kids. As a mother teacher she should ask me to be with the children but contrary to it she told me to leave. She has no idea about child psychology she has never worked with small children and she is not at all bothered about their basic need like food and water. The higher athourity above her has only one job- just terminate the employee who ever have complaints about her. I have all the proofs and facts against her still no action has been taken. Similar incident happened with one more teacher before me. If something is happening again then the athourity should check on her but unfortunately they are terminating the complainant the very next day after the complaint has given.
She is abusive, mentally harras people and have zero knowledge of pre school psychology.
