Dear Sir,
A few days back I filed a complaint regarding the excessive nuisance and noise pollution caused by one of my neighbor's dogs. I request you to kindly intervene and resolve this issue as these dogs kept by Dr. Aditya Kumar Singh in his clinic on the first floor keep on barking all day and all night and always staring at my home. They annoy every passerby/visitor at my house. Furthermore, whether it is daytime or night time they keep on barking all the time and causing health problems to me and my family.
As his dogs never stay quiet they disturb my entire family's sleep. I have already filed a complaint earlier in Gurgaon Police Station with an inspector Mr. Bahi Ram. He has also tried and given his feedback to the owner (Dr. Aditya Kumar Singh), however, this Dr. is adamant and not ready to co-operate. Being an owner of dogs he is solely responsible for the nuisance created by his dogs. Mr. Bahi Ram (inspector) himself advised me to approach you in case the problem still persists after his intervention.
Mr. Bahi Ram also gave me information that perhaps these are street dogs, and the Municipal corporation will pick these dogs from the clinic.
Therefore, I urge you to help me with this issue. These dogs have caused headaches all day and night as no one in my family is able to sleep at the night and even in the daytime. Further, they create excessive noise pollution.

He might be a good Doctor, however as a person, he is not good at all. Because I myself have visited him a couple of times and have requested him to sort this issue. A couple of times my father also asked him for the redressal of this grievance however he is an arrogant person and not ready to co-operate. A couple of times when I visited his clinic to raise this issue his junior staff did not allow me to meet him hence as a result I requested his staff members as well. They gave me false promises and acknowledgment that they will change their dog's place however that is also not done till date.
As per Mr. Bahi Ram (the honorable inspector), these are street dogs and the Municipal corporation can help me by taking possession of these dogs. I urge you to help me in this issue.
