[Resolved]  Dr Batra's Positive Health Clinic Pvt Ltd. — Refund of money from Dr Batras Noida sec-18 clinic

I am Laxmi, patient ID[protected]. I took a package of 12000 for skin treatment from Dr. Batras Noida clinic. The package of Skin treatment was for one year I was a little itchy on my body and not even sure if it would be alright or not so please give me the money back and I want to stop the service hence want a refund. I m asking please return whole amount of Rs12000/-, but it was for 12 month and hence I request you to kindly refund the money .
I have also paid 12000 for skin treatment which hasn't started yet and I also will not be able to take skin treatment service and also I am not interested to take the service. I have paid them 12000 through ICICI Bank credit card through EMI .I requested them to refund the money and stop EMIs but they said Dr Batras doesn't have any refund policy.
It is my humble request to you to kindly stop the installments and refund my money.
Being a consumer I believe I have the full right to get refund for the services which I haven't taken.
