A very terrifying and horrible customer service. In fact Bhavna Shah likes to insult her customers after taking their money. I would really like to check if she's even educated because the way she talks to customers when they complain about her service is worse than you would ever imagine. People like Bhavna Shah are a stain on humanity and I really hope all her slim centres shut down very soon so that no customer goes through what my mother went through.
