                        I am B.Sc vocational 2001 batch Pass out from from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra. My degree certificate is still pending in university though I have all my six semesters marksheet with me. I have applied for degree multiple times but no action has been taken. Latest online degree application number is 1207808 applied on 2 Feb 2020 and its more than 1 year and still the status shows in Chart room. Kindly help me to get my degree and its impacted my career and growth.

                                    i have applied the degree by on line channel from your website i have paid full amount on 15/03/2020 for provisional degree with application number 80154418.
                                    And apply for orginal degree on 17/03/2020 with apllication number 1214074.
                                    About 11 months have been passed but still it shows in process kindly do the needful as soon as possible

                                      डा. भीमराव अम्बेडकर यूनिवर्सिटी का बी एड का बेव रजिस्ट्रेशन का पेमेंट डेबिट कार्ड से तारीख 18 -01 -21 को
                                      14 :10 PM पर किया, लेकिन एरर आने से सारा कार्य स्टॉप हो गया मोबाइल पर कोई सन्देश नहीं आया लेकिन जब
                                      दुबारा इण्टरनेट बैंकिंग से 14 :24 PM पर 201 रुपए का ट्रांसक्शन कम्प्लीट हो जाने पर, डेबिट कार्ड से भी 201
                                      रुपए कटने का सन्देश आ जाता है, इस बजय खाते से दो बार पेमेंट कट गया, कृपया 201 रुपए मेरे खाते में

                                      मैंने B.A. part - I में private examination form 2020-21 हेतुआवेदन किया है एवं 3300 रुपये फीस भरकर फाइनल फॉर्म सबमिट भी कर दिया है ।
                                      अब जब फाइनल प्रिंट (university copy/college copy/student's copy)करने हेतु आवेदन डाउनलोड किया है तो उसमें मेरे फोटो की जगह पर मेरे 12th स्थानांतरण सर्टिफिकेट का फोटो आ रहा है जो कि गलती से मेरे द्वारा फाइनल फॉर्म में अपलोड हुआ।
                                      अतः महोदय आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है, कृपया उक्त समस्या के संबंध में कोई निदान विकल्प बताएं, आपकी अति कृपा होगी।
