i have applied the degree by on line channel from your website i have paid full amount on 15/03/2020 for provisional degree with application number 80154418.
And apply for orginal degree on 17/03/2020 with apllication number 1214074.
About 11 months have been passed but still it shows in process kindly do the needful as soon as possible

I have been trying to get my degree from a very long time (almost 6-7 years). I have paid the application fee of Rs 500 . But everytime I try to track the status of my degree it says "Data not found". Not having my BSc degree is affecting my admission for higher education. This is really very unfortunate that despite trying for so long I am not able to get my degree.
