Dear sir/madam,

I residing kandivali west in mumbai. One of my patient. She suffering from suddenly like a asthma. We admitted in chirag's health centre in kandivali west dahanukarwadi mumbai 400067
By dr. Chirag mehta after three hours dr refer the patient to transfer another hospital. But patient having 500 and 1000 rupee's note. So hospital not accepting these note and sitting a lot of time these patient breathing situation. And when she transfer the other hospital. She in critical condition and give on a ventilator machine.

So, kindly i request to you look into this matter because this is serious health issue a human being.
