Dr Dharmender And Gaje Singh — Illegal boring in faridabad

I live in gali no 5 uttam nagar near Arora poultry farm dabua Pali road dabua colony
my neighbours Dr dharmender and Gajay Singh has done boring upto 300 feet to draw underground water
water level is already very low in the area. due excess use illegal boring and wastage of water, govt tubewells has dried up which are only source of water for the whole colony. people in the area are facing the shortage of water and thesa people are wasting a lot of water from their illegal boring.
please the necessary steps to clase the illegal bores so that common man get his share of water. these people must have contacts with influencial people as they always boast of and challenge any that no action can be done them.
I think no one is above law and these illegal bores will be closed soon otherwise people of have no option other than go on protest
