I used approximately 500 kg of Dr. Fixit Fast Flex, 150 litres o[censored]RP and more than 100 litres of LWP+ for waterproofing work at my house. The products were applied through a Dr. Fixit-recommended applicator and under the guidance of Area Manager Mr. Bhanu.
The products were purchased and applied based on the assurance of technical support and warranty coverage from Dr. Fixit.
After completion of the work, I repeatedly followed up regarding warranty registration. Initially, Mr. Bhanu informed me that the warranty had already been registered. However, I was later informed that the warranty still needed to be registered, creating confusion regarding the actual status of my warranty.
I raised the matter with Dr. Fixit customer care and sent emails seeking clarification and support. Customer care acknowledged the complaint and informed me that the concerned department was working on the case and that I would receive an update shortly. Despite several weeks having passed, no meaningful update, site inspection, warranty confirmation or resolution has been provided.
I was also contacted by representatives of Dr. Fixit and was assured that a callback and site visit would be arranged. However, these commitments have not been fulfilled.
I have retained invoices, photographs of the work, product details and communication records as evidence.
I request Dr. Fixit / Pidilite Industries to:
1. Confirm the current warranty status in writing.
2. Conduct the promised site inspection immediately.
3. Complete warranty registration, if pending.
4. Provide a written resolution and timeline.
Despite investing significantly in Dr. Fixit products and relying on the guidance of the company's representatives, I have been left without clarity regarding warranty coverage and without any effective support.
I request immediate intervention from the company and a prompt resolution of this matter.
