Sir, With Reference to above subject i submit that i am Assistant Director Leprosy Ratnagiri at present. The date of my retirement is 30 June 2017 but according to GR issued by the Gov.of Maharashtra on dated 30 Sept. 2015 says that retirement of those who are retiring between 30 May 2015 is extended up to 30 May 2018, my retirement is extended up to 30 June 2019 i am submitting the formation in the application (Marathi) attached also submitting the GR no. sevani/1815/pra kra 216/deva 2 Date 03/09/2015, first and first page of service book.
Please you are requested to please continue my sevarth and also continue my GPF deduction under no.PHBN 14291
