I am Dr. L. Prabakaran, making complaint on behalf of my wife Dr. P. Parimala, who was using Honda Jazz 1.5V MT IDTECH BS4 Reg, No. TN50AV8192 which met with an accident while drove by me on 14.04.2019 (7:00am) near Kandamanoor, Theni-Dist, TN. Policy No.3001/HA/[protected]/00/000(Valid from 16.49hrs on29.05.18 to midnight on 28.05.19). After the FIR on the same day and RTO, Theni Inspection on 24.04.2019, the vehicle was handed over to the nearest Garage (Sundaram Motors, Madurai, TN) as per the advice by the Honda RSA. The claim form was submitted to Mr. Senthil (Cont. no. [protected]) on 27.04.2019. The estimation was mailed me on 16.05.2019 by service advisor Mr. Sankar (Cont. no. [protected]). After frequent enquiry, mid of June’19, I was able to talk to your insurance agent Mr. Rajesh (Cont. no. [protected]) and end of June’19 I heard from Mr. Rajesh that the vehicle under total loss (verbally not by mail or letter) and till today I am unable to talk to him as I tried many time by phone for the clarity. I never see such a delay in any of the insurance agency like this and moreover none of your insurance representative contacts me for the further process. The Garage person is also asking for garage rental charge which is unfair because the vehicle is under your custody and I don’t know status of my vehicle still. Kindly find solution for my formal complaint soon, otherwise, I may have to go for the legal advice to solve my problem.
