Dr Lal Pathlabs Ltd — Issue regarding sample collection[protected]

Dear Concern,
i booked few test with Dr lal path lab on 4th august 2021 considering that i will get best services and i am dealing with professionals(since i earlier experience were good). but the person who came for sample collection was not experienced. he was not aware from which vain he need to collect the blood sample. so first he tried from left arm from some vain and the way he tried was very painful and weird after his unsuccessful attempt i asked him to take blood from right arm and show him the exact place since day before yesterday i gave sample in hospital for some tests. then he able to take samples. but after few hours in my left arm(where he tried a lot with wrong vain) become big blood clot. which is painful. please find the attached picture of yesterday post test and today's picture. i am expecting immediately solution for this. tomorrow is my surgery and can't take risk.
