I booked for my daughters RTPCR test on april 23, 2021. Got a slot on april 27, 2021. No obe came to collect sample and the collectore when called said, he is having fever.
I contacted the customer service and lodged a complaint. Complaint number is Cmp[protected] at 9:17 am, on april 27, 2021.
Post that i was told i will get a call and someone else will come and colle t sample. I followed up again at 2 and i was told i need to followup with the home collection department. Also they got it mixed with another complaint which i lodged few months back. I followed up with home collection department and was told a complaint on urgent basis has been lodged and someone will call .Till now nothing happened.
I live alone with my daughter. I am covid positive patient...down with high fever. And you people are harassing us like this. I am bei g told yo rebook, which is after 4 days again. What type of service is this. Was this information helpful? |
