Dr. Mgr University — amount debited on the credit card, but not confirmed by the university

With reference to my application for admission for in dr. Mgr university, the payment was made through ccavenue. On the payment page through credit card, it resulted in some error page, but the amount was debited on my card.

While the amount was debited and ccavenue confirmed of having received the amount and have confirmed that the payment was transfered to dr. Mgr university, but the university denies of having received such payment inspite of me providing the proof of the credit card payment.

The university seems to be a fraudulent one trying to make money through such incomplete transactions and not able to reply back with adequate proofs.
