Post-surgery, I have been experiencing a number of issues that have caused me significant discomfort and inconvenience. Firstly, the bridge does not fit properly, causing me to have difficulty in eating and speaking. Secondly, I have been experiencing persistent pain and discomfort, which was not the case prior to the surgery. I have also noticed an unusual gap between the bridge and the adjacent teeth, which was not present in the initial plan.

I had chosen your clinic for the procedure based on the reputation for quality dental care. However, the outcome of this surgery has been far from satisfactory. I have since consulted with another dentist who confirmed that the bridge was not fitted correctly, which is the root cause of the problems I am experiencing.

Given the circumstances, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund for the cost of the surgery. I had paid for a service that was supposed to improve my dental health and quality of life, but instead, it has resulted in discomfort and additional expenses for corrective treatment.

I understand that complications can occur in any medical procedure. However, it is evident from the second opinion I received that the issues I am facing are due to the incorrect fitting of the dental bridge, which falls under professional negligence.
