We had purchased two duravit wc in 2021 . Two days back one of this western commode ‘s seat cover soft close was malfunctioned. Yesterday due to sudden closure of seat cover it get cracked. Please change this as soon as possible. It’s horrible experience with duravit as on purchase ur dealer assured about quality but in real situation it was opposite happened.
