Rating: Less than 1 – Extremely Poor Customer Service
I had a highly disappointing experience with their customer care service.
For the past 7 days, I have been receiving repeated SMS notifications stating that my order is “out for delivery.” However, within a short time, another message follows indicating that the delivery attempt has failed. This cycle has been happening consistently without any actual delivery being attempted.
I raised multiple complaints with customer care, but the response has been extremely unsatisfactory. I was simply asked to wait for another 3–4 days without any clear resolution.
The support executive I spoke with, Ayub, appeared to have very limited understanding of the issue. Instead of investigating or resolving the problem, the only options provided were to either continue waiting or cancel the order altogether. There was no effort made to identify the root cause or ensure delivery.
Overall, this reflects a serious lack of accountability and poor customer experience. Was this information helpful? |
