I have been receiving countless calls to renew my Wagnor Insurance since last 3 weeks.
I had updated the executive on very first call and in full detail, patiently, that I have already taken insurance for my Wagnor. Next day I received again second call and I patiently narrated him everything again and asked him to update DD motors database/workflow, whatever you use to track customers.
But, every after alternate day I am going on receiving call since last three weeks and I am harrased and bugged. All these while I have been silently ignoring your calls. However, Today the executive started calling me endlessly till i picked up. She did not mind if I am driving or I am middle of my customer meeting...or attending someone.
She even did not mind me arguing after i told her my version above.
Please go through the recorded version of my calls today and past. Check my association with DD motors, Wazirpur and let me know how you can ensure that I am not again bugged for my Wagnor Insurance.
If you cannot take any action on this portal then its not fault of the your executive but the overall DD management. I will speak accordingly.
