Dear All, This is to bring it to your attention that above 2 complaints are fake and have no grounds, these kind of complaints are usually posted by competitors to spoil the image of a business. We have already notified the administrator of this website about this false complaints and they have started their investigation on this and will remove the false complaints in sometime. We have also started the procedure of taking a legal action against such behaviours. Now we will explain you, how you can judge by yourself that these complaints are fake: • Usually when a customer experiences bad services, he takes out his/her frustration by complaining about the services in detail, pointing out how he/she was cheated. But the above 2 complaints looks the opposite, it looks like it has been posted by a competitor because o[censored]sage of things like: - This person know the owner of the company, none of our client are told about the owner of the company as it doesn't make s any sense. Our client usually deal with representatives for the complete process of our services. - This person know the background of the owner, have you ever encountered a service provider company who first tell you about the owner and where he used to work and what were his duties in his past. This doesn't make any sense. • This person is claiming that we have charged him INR 1700 for evaluation and he did not get any benefit out of it. Usually our process starts with as assessment for which we charge INR 1700.In which we check the eligibility of the candidate, as you can understand that getting a job abroad is not that easy and not all the candidates are eligible for it, so in case when a candidate is not eligible we refund the complete amount that we've charged for the assessment, if the candidate is eligible we proceed to the next step and keep the complete process transparent with our client they get an official receipt of all the payments. We also give an official receipt for the assessment fees, so we asked @MahendarSing155 to present the receipt but he does not any thing to prove that he approached Dreamline Workforce, no document, no receipt nothing. • We are not making any false claims about our connections with companies abroad, we work in an ethical way, we keep the complete process transparent with our clients, we give an official proof of payment to all our clients. All terms and conditions are explained to the clients and we only proceed only on their approval which is pretty much the standard all around the world.
