Hey! I have ordered a cash on delivery cosmetic order of 503/- Rupees from dreammakeup.in site on July 25, 2022. And I received broken, duplicate and totally different products from what I have ordered on 30 July, 2022 . My order ID number was #399636 . I talked to their customer support number and they did nothing but to make different different excuses and denied that this is not their fault. Today is 18th August 2022 and still I have not received my money back . Please this is cheating and I am so heartbroken that they are not trustworthy but I trust consumercomplaints to help me please do something please...I really need my money ..please help me to get back my refund. And also videos are not adding because they are large files so I'm only adding photos for now you can ask me for video 🙏
