I take this opportunity to report myself being victim of crime by company called

This is where, I did payment of Rs 70, 000 to him in cash and remaining £10, 000 by bank transfer for
pilgrimage and holiday to Tirupati Balaji and Chennai by Indigo air line on Date 22/12/2023 out bound
and return on 24/12/23. I have full payment evidence and receipt for same.

package for Rs:47, 000 flight return from Ahmedabad to Chennai and return from Chennai to Ahmedabad by Indigo airlines (3 adult tickets)
The actual flight ticket cost was Rs.43, 000- but he over charged me Rs 47, 000-
He also charged me for one night stay in Hotel Ramcharan Residency, Tirupati costing Rs.1, 000
He also took Rs.32, 000 for 3 days transport in INNOVA car
I paid Rs 1, 000 + Rs 4, 000, + Rs 5, 000 on his google pay mobile pay phone no [protected] which landed in his Axis bank a/c ending 8824
a/c [protected] IFS code utib 0000298 a/c name Dream travel destination Axis bank Navrangpura branch
I was unable to make payment over Rs 5, 000 through my GPAY account so I have to make cash payment of Rs 70, 000 next day which I did
to ensure my tripe is not spoiled. I made remaining Rs 5, 000 by GPAY later.
I visited his office and paid him Rs 70, 000 cash. I still had to pay him Rs 5, 000
Rs 47, 000 flight return
Rs.32, 000 transport INNOVA Booked with driver for 3 days
Rs 1000 Hotel Ramcharan residency charge
Rs.80, 000 In total
On 22th Dec 23, I with my family took Indigo airline and flown for Ahmedabad to Chennai.
I was assure vehicle registration TN 22 CE 8818 driver Mr Selvan will pick me up his phone no was [protected] but last minute this was changed to
Innova registration TN09 BJ4341 driver Mr R Sethuraman phone [protected] AC Innova.
The actual driver was Mr Shilvaraman Phone [protected] with different Innova. I have to keep ringing him to find where about he was at chennai arrival, he said over the phone he is on his way to pick me up and asked me to wait near Indian National flag when he came to pick me and my family showing my communication as I was given this number by my agent. as new driver.
He took us from Chennai to Tirupati when we checked in at Hotel Ramcharan with difficulty as hotel did not recognise my Dream travel destination and my booking. I phone my agent who spoke to hotel and after 30 min wait I was given one double room for 3 o[censored]s to stay in.
We had a wash and left for Tirumala for darshan, where driver was paid Rs 200 for his food . We return back to hotel. Changed and took driver for food in local hotel paid for drivers meal we also performed Mataji Laxmiji darshan (Padmavati darshan)
Next morning we did return to Chennai with one darshan of Balaji on Echadashi. and went straight to Hotel Park Hyatt near Rajbhavan in Gindi, Chennai. Driver dropped us and and said he will return later but until 3.30 pm he did not turn up so I phone him, he said he is on his way to Pondechary with different client and will be with them for 4 days.
I compaint to my Dream travel for same.
He accused me that I send driver back and will provide driver in 30 minutes. He text me at 4.30 driver is on his way but not same driver a different driver. I have to take riksha to visit T Nagar where my agent told me to return to Hotel Hyatt as driver was coming the same one who told me he is left for Pondechary. I took another auto this cost me Rs 500 to return to Hotel no driver turn up until 6.30 pm. I was tortured and bullied by the driver, his transporter and Dream travel over the phone constantly accusing I am mental and asked driver to return and next day they will not take me for planned site seeing nor on that evening.
I asked him for refund of 2 days money for transport for which Rs 32000 is paid. Which came average of 32000 / 3 days = Rs 10, 666-00 per day
My agent had some argument and agreed to refund me Rs11, 000 instead of Rs 21, 332-00 He was suppose to refund by 11am on 25/12/23 which he change by 6pm and at 5.30 pm he refunded Rs 1-00 then send screen short of Rs11, 000 paid but nothing came in my account all copied attached for your record.
He refunded me Rs1 and send me screen shot showing Rs 11, 000- is refunded. I informed no refund is paid in my Canara bank account but he wrote to me to check with my bank on 26/12/23 and stopped answering my phone or messages.
I am now considering this as a fraud and hence reporting my written complaint to you for help in this matter. I asked him what time he will be at his office on 26/12/23 but he did not replied too.
I would like you to conduct criminal investigation, charge him for white collar fraud, and get me refund of Rs21, 332 and further compensation for harassment and spoiling my and my family's holiday during christmas.
I am happy to attend court if required for the same.
