Various people dream of settling abroad for a better future and hence step into consultancy service to attain a visa asap. No doubt, some visa service providers render the best service as per their expertise. However, some immigration farms gain trust and allure people with their website and eye-catchy discount. Out of which Dreamz abroad, located in Hyderabad, had a similar mind of duping people. Let me explain my case.

At 2019 end of the year, I enrolled on their service for my CANADA IMMIGRATION Process by paying them 59000 rs one-time payment, hoping that I would get my PR without any hassle and soon. Having said that, though, I was unaware my dream would shatter, and my one year was squandered because of the negligence of their employees. Initially, I submitted all necessary documents for my process and, in the meantime, prepared for the IELTS exam. I was suggested to get the required band score for express entry; however, I was not educated that I could also be eligible for other programs with lower scores. Luckily, this I learned from other sources after one year. Hence my time got wasted because of lack of information. Now, I need my refund as I don't want to proceed with this organization.

As far as staff is concerned, I have an awful experience with each employee. My assigned managers were not approachable by call, email, or message, and most of the time, they would overlook my need. I also realized that some were fired due to ignorance during job, and my case is one of them. Notwithstanding this point, a further pertinent reason exits when it comes to the refund process. I
was not given any agreement while signing, but nowhere is it mentioned: "90% of the fees would be earned with the signing of the agreement.10% of the fees would be earned once the Checklist of Prerequisites are shared, " as stated by Dreamz abroad. After cross-checking with email, I obtain no reply when I try to call any of the people. This clearly shows a fake company.

While moving to my money, 59k including tax which has been with them for a year, was useless as I could not get any help. By and large, such farms lure the target audience by offering attractive package discounts and a limited period. After getting amount no response, therefore, they leave their client to incapacitate. If we ask for a refund, they convey a variety of legal terms.

Overall, I would request everyone who wants to take help from this consultancy, please never do that, these people are not trustworthy, they don't refund it and can easily manipulate beautifully. I struggle until now to get my refund even after multiple follow up. This is the worst company I have ever seen.
