I ordered a dress named "Deepika Green V Neck Floral Suits Set" worth ₹870 on 18th April 2025 from DressyPose after seeing their YouTube ad.
What I received is a completely different and very cheap quality dress (purple color with zig-zag print), which is not even close to what was shown. The fabric is rough, looks used and is of extremely low quality. There is no option for return or refund on their site, and no customer support is available.
This is a clear case of online fraud. I demand an immediate refund or will take further action through cybercrime and consumer rights channels.
