It has been 84 hours since the delivery of a drink premier water purifier, and the water purifier has yet to be installed.
When I call Drink Prime and Furlenco customer service, both teams indicate that 48 hours are still necessary for a dedicated concern team to investigate the issue. It's been more than 4 days, and even today, when I contact furlenco's and drink prime's customer service, they are so disrespectful that they are directly shouting at me, stating we need another 48 hours.
Please assist me in getting the purifier installation done by EOD today, and if not, let me know how to return the water purifier if you guys can't fix my issue. ASAP Was this information helpful? |
