Sir/Madam,
I am the owner of Hyundai I-20 car bearing registration no. HR26CM5454 and since the date of purchasing this car I am facing a great hardship as most of the time this car remains in the Service Centre due to one or the other problem. I have already spent a lot of money on the bills of the Service centre i.e. Drishti Hyundai (M/s Unit of Drisht Motors Pvt. Ltd.), Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
It seems that the said service centre is doing nothing in this car but only sending me huge bills. Despite of my repeated telephonic and oral complaints the service centre is not rectifying the problem of this car and charging a lot of money on one account or the others. Now I am fed up from all the above stated reasons. Now, I am thinking of initiating legal proceedings against Hyundai Motors and Drishti Hyundai for deficiency of services.
