Have been following up for my dl copy for a long time almost more than a year... And now came a surprise saying.. Have to pay 1500 more to get the same..
Deeply disappointed with their service. Inspite of paying 3000.
This has been delayed because of their staff's carelessness... And for this time also have been following up from feb 2019 for a dl slot and atlast got a slot on 27 apr 2019 just few days before my ll expiry date.
They have been doing this everytime.. Booking a slot close to the days of ll expiry to fool the customers and wasting our time and money
Inspite of paying 3000, have been asked to pay for the local shops for printing, registration etc.
Also they have wasted my time and money by asking me to visit the rto several times by applying for two wheeler licence instead of four wheeler licence.. And now they are asking me to pay another 1500 rs to release the dl due to their staff's carelssenes.. Was this information helpful? |
