Trip was canclled by driver why did u guys charged me 50rs for cancellation.. Infact when i spoke to driver he told he is coming in 15mints however when i called after that he was disconnecting the phone and was not answering the call... Such poor service you guys are providing... Action should be taken against driver.
Infact he said the cancellation was done by company and speak to them.. He spoke in such a rude way...

A scooty driver reg no. MH 43 AE 4017 was driving without helmet and with utter irresponsibility. He hit the back bumper of my car scratching it, on a single lane traffic. Please take action against such drivers who jeopardize the safety of public along with their own.
