Hi I had very bad experience with uber, on 3/3/2017 I booked uber, they showed me driver will reach by 2 minutes even after waiting more than 10 minutes driver came very late, he gave me excused that he was on trip but phone app didn't show us that that particular driver will be late as he was already occupied with another trip more over there is nothing like CUSTOMER CARE or any specific customer care no. and the trip was 100ruees form my loction he said that 172 rupees uber driver such bad cab drivers No one takes responsibility for late and anything further..SO WORAST services moreover driver told me that CUSTOMER CANNOT TAKE any ACTION as UBER people don't care about such everyday incident...
