Driveu — car damage not being paid by acko - driveu insurance

I booked a driver from drive u and he was a rash one. He banged my vw vento against a bmtc bus and caused me damages of 28000 inr.
Now acko is telling me they can pay me only 10000 inr and even for that they are continuously asking me for more and more documents on the repair which the car garage has also not provided me. Infact my car is bought from the same showroom where it got repaired. It’s elite motors on hosur road.
I am finding this atrocious that driveu sent such a driver and then caused me so my inconvenience and even after that they are not considering the amount of damage done.
