Driveu — incomplete service

I have booked a driver from driveu app on wednesday 8th may from nampally, stanley college to begumpet. I booked at around 1pm on scheduling for 2:30pm. Driveu has assigned a driver for me at 2:18pm.
Driver unnam madhu has called me and confirmed that he is coming for pickup. I waited for so long like 40mins but he didn't turned up. After long wait driver has cancelled the booking.
I tried calling driver for number of times (More than 20 times) but he didn't. Later after some time i called him and he lifted. The driver was very rude an unprofessional.
After waiting from 1- 3:30 pm, driver didn't turn up and in turn he was rude. His language is very bad.
He wasted my time waiting for him for 1hr long,
Driveu wasted my time and in addtion to that the service provided by them (Drivers) are not processional.
Driveu you providing service to customers which needs to be ethical. This is the second time am facing the same issue with them.
Due to driver cancelled the drive i faced lot of issue in hospital.

I need driveu to take strict action and do apologize to me. These type of drivers where they taking easy on customers.
Also i will take this in social networking on the service and the drivers provided.
