Drl Packers And Movers — Reg damage of microwave oven during unloading

Dear Sir,
Myself Ravi Geetha, Manager LBRCE Branch, Central Bank of India.
We have availed DRL packers and movers dated 29/07/2023 from Hyderabad to Mylavaram Krishna Dist AP.
On the day o[censored]nloading of items on early morning 7am 3 persons cam from your organization in fully druken stage and aged above 50 years.
They handled in a neglegent way and damaged the thread mill as well as Microwave Oven. We raise the issue to the concerned person (phone -[protected]) on same day, but not getting proper answer and he says insurance will not be applicable.
I want to make this situation clear to you and please do the needful for insurance claiming.

For your reference I am attaching the related bills and insurance copies.
