Sir / Mam,
My name is Nabin Roy . On 26 th May a guy named Mittal Rajput text me on WhatsApp from DRL SOLUTION for part time job . He says it totally safe . When I agree to do this job he said me to wait until get my Id and pass . Meantime another agent from this fake company named Arohi also offer me the same . I don't know how they get my no. I give them my adhar Card photo as they needed I'd proof. But they didn't ask about my qualifications or any other things .
The job is, I have to do 1200 form in 8 days . If I can't complete their job in time or can't pass their cut off which is 90 % accuracy, they will not give my salary i.e. 30000 rupees. But after giving this job they send me a agreement where noted that I have to pay 6700 rupees if I can't complete their work or pass their Cut off . When I tried to call them to tell about this, they didn't recieve my call .
But I tried my best and complete my work within 8 days and submit my QC report . I'm sure that I didn't do any wrong or mistake . But they said that I can't complete their cut off. So I have to pay 6700 rupees . When I denied to pay this, they send me a email of an advocate to pay their charge and continuously threatening me to pay it otherwise they will double the charge.
They also said that they charged a case of section 73 & 74 in court and the hard copy of the case will delivered to my home in 72 hrs.
Please help me to get out from this problem. I'm just 18 and I don't know what to do exactly. Please favor me as soon as possible.
