Drp Financial Services Private Limited — Failed EMI amount is not refunded

My name is Ramesh and my email id [protected]@gmail.com.

I took 30k loan from DRP finance (Phocket app)

I paid EMI to DRP finance on 31st March 2023 amount deducted but payment failed.

DRP finance said failed EMI amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days.
