1. I am serving Lieutenant Colonel in Army. I had to move my household items and car from Dwarka, Delhi to Ranchi, Jharkhand on transfer. For that i had booked DRS DILIP ROAD LINES PVT LTD, BRAND OF AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS TO TRANSPORT ON 18 JUNE.

2. Household items were loaded on 18 June in a 14 feet truck bearing registration no of Haryana, however registration documents of different truck bearing registration No AP 29TC0572 were given. Finally it was received in different vehicle at Ranchi in couple of TATA 407 vehicles. It was received on 30 June i.e. after 13 days. In between noone contacted me and when i contacted their customer care on no given, no response was received. I obtained no of Mr Sunil Chauhan, Delhi/ NCR head of subject company but he either did not pick my call or did not give any firm or concrete reply.
3. My car Hyundai Accent was handed over by me on 18 June to the representative of company at Dwarka, Delhi. I did not get any intimation of my car delivery till 7 july despite of me contacting Mr Sunil Chauhan and customer care. I also obtained no of one of their directors Mr Paramjit, who when contacted, neither picked my call, nor replied to my messages on 07 & 08 July and later made an unbelievable remark that he was in some party. On 09 July, i got a call from their customer care that my car has met with an accident and has been damaged. I started contacting Mr Sunil and Mr Paramjit but neither they have send me photographs of my accidented car, nor have they intimated any further action at their end.
4. It has been 24 days since 18 June till today i have not received my car and have only been informed once by their customer care that accident has taken place at Gurgaon. I see no reason of not sending my car till as late as 20 days from the place of origin i.e. Gurgaon.
5. Strict action may please be taken against such an unprofessional company and others may be informed to refrain from sending their precious hard earned property from such unaccountable company.
