I have purchased Dr. Dr trust thermometer Pro 601 from their official website. And there is no clear terms and conditions for warranty details. After purchase I contacted them for warranty details, and I was sent a link for warranty registration form link. Post registration also, customer is not appraised of the warranty details.
My Temperature was showing erratic reading and contacted Dr Trust. 1.
The first level of elimination. I was asked, about registration for warranty.
Second level of elimination, don't have service center in West Bengal.
Third level of elimination. Customer needs to send the product by courier to Punjab at customer's cost, to find the issue.
In absence of any warranty details the question of sending the product at customer's cost does not arise.
