Dsa — fraud against personal loan

This is ashish i got a call from dsa they are kanika and amit told me that they provide me a loan. For this in starting they told me to send 5200 for 8lakh rs loan. After that they take my documents and told me that some amount is deducted from my account for account verification. They deduct 19500 from my account in the name of sivangi rastogi a/c no [protected] ifsc code utib0000715 branch vaishali. They told me that deducted balance is refund in my a/c in 24 hours but it passes days. Now they could not take my calls.
