I want to draw your kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behaviour of the bus driver with me and my friend. Yesterday (I. E 02.06.2016) i had boarded bus #569 plying over route 'safdarjung to sultan puri terminal' (Bus registration # dl ip c 9742) at around 6.00- 6.15 pm. The bus was over-crowded with no vacant seats so i and my friend decided to give our seat to an elderly couple and thought of travelling standing at front as there was no space. Despite the bus being fully loaded, the driver let in new passengers and in order to accommodate them shouted at us to move backwards. He behaved with us in a very unfriendly and absurd way and used filthy language.
When i confronted him and asked about the complaint book, he became angry and refused to give it and threatened me to get down the bus.
I request you to kindly take appropriate action so that he does not repeat it and does not cause humiliation/harassment to any other lady passenger in future.
I humbly suggest that before their recruitment, the drivers and the conductors must be taught how to deal with the passengers. Was this information helpful? |
