I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I've had with DTC Capital City.
I was issued a payment receipt without actually making any payment—a clear error on their part. Naturally, I assumed the account was settled. Fast forward one year later, they suddenly inform me the receipt was a mistake, and now I owe interest for the past 12 months on that amount.
After several rounds of follow-up and confusion, they asked me to pay ₹40, 000 as late payment interest, even though the original error was theirs. This is unacceptable and feels like I'm being penalized for trusting their documentation.
If a reputed builder can't maintain basic accuracy in financial records—and then pushes their errors onto customers—it raises serious questions about their internal systems and ethics.
⚠️ Future buyers, please be cautious. Double-check every receipt and statement. Don’t assume anything, even if it’s on their letterhead. Was this information helpful? |
