Updated by Tanveen Kaur Tani Today I was sent a notice demanding rs 6700+3500 as utility and maintenance charges by some advocate named Adv. Minhaz BCom. LLB as mentioned in the pdf.
"Inspite of consistent communications by my client through telecommunication
email you have not paid Rs. 6700
and maintenance charges for
client, knowing full well the grim consequences thereof. You are therefore liable for civil
as well as criminal legal action"
This was one of the term mentioned in the notice and also I was contacted through this number [protected] on 22nd september 2020. Just ONE day of communication and they say they have done inconsistent communication. They also tried to force me into paying 6700 and then go for noc clearance that too a fraud.

any identify proof to verify her identity and as per, your client provided her voters card as
and identity proof through an email"
I DID NOT PROVIDE VOTERS CARD AS MY ID PROOF SINCE I DONT HAVE ONE YET.

Updated by Tanveen Kaur Tani I was again sent a threat demanding section clearance charges through email
The mail reads as follows:

INDIAN CONTRACT ACT -1872
SECTION 73 – Imposes a duty on the party seeking damage to mitigate its loss,
SECTION 74 –Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken.
SECTION 75 – Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the court.
Per section clearance Charges is
SECTION -73 = Rs 5, 890/-
SECTION -74 = Rs 5, 890/-
SECTION -75 = Rs 5, 890/-
SECTION - 420 = 4950/-
TOTAL = 22, 620/-
IPC SECTION
SECTION-499= Rs 12, 630/-
GRAND TOTAL = Rs 35, 250/-
NOTE: Which section is imposed on you, if you pay this amount then all sections will be clear from your file. If you are not going to clear this all section then you have to present Delhi court.

Updated by Tanveen Kaur Tani The mail id through which I was sent a fake legal notice was found to be invalid when I tried sending them an email through it
The email id was [protected]@gmail.com
When I tried sending a mail to them I got this message from google in response:

THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS TRYING TO GET MOBEY BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE

[22/09, 13:35] +[protected]: Dear concern,
If you don't pay 6700/-amount to the client than we will file case against you under contempt of court case. Even if Civil contempt is issued upon you than you've to pay penalty amount of Rs. 1, 50, 000 for civil contempt and Section 2 (B) shall be imposed on you. And once it is transpired to criminal contempt than you've to pay for criminal contempt which would be round about 2, 50, 000 and for contempt of arbitrary tribunal case will be escalated to Ministry of Law and Justice and Ministry of Home Affairs.

But when i tried sending them a message through that email id it showed the given message
