Dtd Solutions Gujarat — i am quitting the work and they are asking me for money and threatening me as they have my id proof

I am a graduation student. I am also facing the same issue. I had filled up all 1200 forms and submitted on time. The next day evening i received the qc report showing "qc report failed". Some arjun sharma called me from ahmedabad claiming to be a lawyer. He told me qc report failed because of sever issues and i had to pay 6700 rs to reactivate my account or as penalty charges. He threatened to file a case against me for contempt of court stating both civil and criminal charges if i didn't pay 6700. I haven't paid a penny to them. When i asked him to talk to my lawyer he straight out asked me to give my statement and he didn't have the whole day. My lawyer talked to him and there were no calls, mails or any other messages from him since that day. They are fraud company.

Hey, I'm in the same situation here. Nothing to be worried about. Just don't pay anything at any cost! As a student of corporate law, for your concern, I will mention you the reasons to ascertain that the company is fraud. Just check the legal stamp on your legal agreement, the following will prove that it's fake:
1.The date mentioned is "JAN 08 2020" where as the acceptance of offer was on 7 September 2020
2. Check the photo attached, the details will be similar to your agreement. Now, according to business law, for each and every agreement, both the parties need to sign it and a new stamp duty is made. BUT here, both the stamps are similar and hence the agreement is fake.
Apart from this, they don't even have an official website (PROFESSIONAL -100). They will ask you to pay the money, saying that we'll file a case against you, keep humouring them.

I am also facing the same issue. I completed 1200 forms.As they send the report about the forms. They send the report as you fail in that agreement. Today they send the message as when you will pay the amount. What I do .Please save me out of this.

I am also facing same problem, they asked me to pay penlty of Rs 6700 other wise they will file a case. I paid them Rs 6700 and now again they called me for NOC clearance, and for NOC clearance they asked me to pay RS 13850.Pls suggest me.

Don't worry, its all fake. All agreements are fake. Specially girls don't panic from any call. They will try to scare you, ap ki badnami hongi ya ladki ho log kya bolenge etc... don't panic, its all fake.

I am also facing same problem... They are asking mee to pay the amount 12000 bcoz they are saying that the Qc work is failed... They are harassing us... And also forcing us to pay amount by calling everytime

Hello, I am also facing the same problem. Maine sara compelete kiya and submit v kiya but after that they said ki QC report is fail and threating me to pay 6700 as failure. After this the legal agent called me that If I have to cancel the contract then I have to pay 20100 in 20 mintues rather they will file a case against me. Moreover, if I want to continue i have to pay nearly 43000 where as in agreement there is nothing like cancellation and continuation.Please help me out. I am really upset. Hey what can u doo now...actually i am also facing the same problem...in fact mene to un forms ko submit krne se jst pehle screenshots b liyee thee...bcz i had a doubt pr un frauds ne...bhut sare forms me space badhaa dii...or jb m mere screenshots check kiye to unme space nii haii...how was that possible ...?

I am also a graduate student. This is a very big fraud company. They only tell us about the job on the call. They don't tell us about the agreement of the job. And get id proof from us and make a agreement of 11 month. And only the stamp of their company is on that agreement. There is no signature of customer. And after the completion they torcher us and force to pay the fees

You all are correct I also applied for this part time job and when j researched it was scam then I quit the job after 10, 12 days they were calling and asking for any and asli they were enforcing that if I don't pay they will file case upon me and also they will red may adhar card i have the screen shot this all is scam

I couldn't submit their work on time... now the calls are arriving from the advocate which company have hire named avni shah...she is saying that I have to give the penalty of 6700 to the company otherwise I will have to pay 70000 as my company has filed the case against me in the session court of gujarat .she is saying that if I don't pay I have to represent myself in session court of Gujarat with my lawyer I am from himachal she is threatening me by saying they have my address and legal notice will be in my address in two days and case has been filed ..I am very much afraid I am a second year graduation student please help me to come out of this
