Dear Sir,
One of my relative, name Susmita Majumder from Agartala Assam not receive a big Parcel till now. Which send by me from Garia DTDC on 01/04/2026 but not deliver to her till now, already 18 days over. Already complaint to DTDC but no response from their end. My relative Mrs. Susmita Majumder very worried about this incident and very angry.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
