[Resolved]  DTDC Courier Package Not Delivered — address incomplete or wrong (cir)

Address:

Neamatpur,bishnu Bihar, Burdwan, West Bengal, 713359

The product is from mumbai vk. It arrived on 30th january 2019, and it reached asansol at 4th february. And now it's showing address incomplete or wrong (Cir). Now please help me out of this, it's urgent. It should be neamatpur office. It's showing 4 km away but now. It's showing wrong address. I have proper address and phone number on it. Help me out of this.
