I ordered a pickup of my shipment from DTC. The website I places an order from is https://dtdcpackersmovers.co.in/
My shipment was taken and it was not weighed when it was taken. I was told that they will take it to DTDC warehouse and weigh it there.
Then they sent me random videos and told that the weight of the shipment is 250 kgs when i am sure the actual weight was less than 100 kgs.
I made a payment as per the agreed price of 70/kg. for 250 kgs.
now, the website shows as suspended and the GST given in the bill is 06NHDPS7571D1ZT which is fake. I have no idea where my shipment is and i have not received a tracking id. please help. Was this information helpful? |
