This is regarding the payment for DU admission portal. Now I'm filing the grievance for the refund . I received my approval for application on 14/10/2020. I tried making the payment on the first payment which received an error message. Where the money had already been deducted and I got no confirmation. After a few hours I tried processing another payment. Same error message showed up where the amount has been deducted again . But we received no confirmation and got the same error. I dailed all the available phone numbers on the DU website but got no response at all.
Hence please rectify my issue and process my refund .
