I am sharing my genuine experience regarding my registration at DUCAT Noida Sector 16.

Before making the registration payment, I discussed the course, batch schedule and payment arrangement with Ms. Megha. The fact that the registration fee was non-refundable was not communicated to me before payment. I was shown/received the document mentioning this condition only after the payment had already been made. I also did not attend any demo class or a single actual class.

I spent approximately 7 days following up and discussing the batch schedule. I was ready to join the batch from 26 September and requested to make the payment on 6 October. Ms. Megha told me that if I wanted to make the payment on 6 October, I should also join the batch from 6 October and make the payment on the same day. I offered to start the classes from 26 September and make the payment on 6 October, but this was bluntly declined.

This meant that I would lose another 10 days, after already losing approximately 7 days—almost 17 days of my valuable time, despite being ready to join and fully willing to make the payment within a short period.

I subsequently requested a refund of my registration amount because I had not attended any class or availed any substantive service. Despite repeated requests and formal escalation through email, my registration amount has still not been refunded.

There were also concerns regarding the handwritten fee calculation provided to me, which I requested DUCAT management to clarify.

My concern is not simply the amount of money. It is the lack of prior disclosure of an important refund condition, loss of time, lack of a mutually workable payment/batch solution, and the continued refusal to resolve the refund request.

I recommend that anyone considering registration at DUCAT carefully obtain all fee, refund, payment and batch-related terms in writing before making any payment.

I am posting this review based on my own experience and the communication/documents available with me. I have also approached DUCAT directly and given the management an opportunity to resolve the matter.

Another major concern from my experience was the lack of transparency and cooperation during the registration process. I felt that several commitments and important terms were either not clearly communicated upfront or were different from what I understood during the initial discussions. Even before attending a single class, I experienced repeated communication gaps and very limited cooperation regarding a simple batch and payment arrangement.

This has been an extremely disappointing first-time experience with DUCAT. I have not attended any demo or actual class; I only paid the registration amount, yet I am now having to repeatedly follow up just to get my money refunded. When the relationship with a student/customer starts with unclear commitments, undisclosed conditions and difficulty in resolving a basic issue, it naturally raises serious concerns about what one can expect later.

I am sharing this only based on my own experience. I am not commenting on the quality of every course or every trainer at DUCAT, because I did not attend any course. However, based on my registration experience, I would strongly recommend that prospective students do their own due diligence and obtain every commitment, fee detail, refund condition and payment term in writing before paying any amount.

There are many institutes and training options available, so students should compare them carefully before committing their money. I am a working professional in the SEO/Digital Marketing field, and this review reflects my personal experience as a customer—not hearsay or someone else's experience.

For me, the entire issue is about transparency, commitments, cooperation and refund of an amount for a service I never availed. I have already given DUCAT multiple opportunities to resolve this directly, but the registration amount has still not been refunded.
